"As a new teacher, the three major organizations gave me materials. My assistant principal, Betty Key, sweetly advised me to look at all of the materials and go with the one that most fit my philosophy, but she supported ATPE. I carefully considered them all, but, of course, chose ATPE. Through the years I have revisited that decision to consider if my thoughts have changed. Yes, they have. I am more adamant every day that choosing was the best professional decision of my life!"
